• Lawyers for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are expected to return to court today to discuss Britney’s ongoing random drug testing. Kevin’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan is said to have called the session after Britney has repeatedly failed to respond in a timely manner when called for the tests. Kaplan is expected to request that Britney is barred from driving around with her sons Sean and Jayden until she begins to comply with the court-ordered testing procedure. Neither Britney or Kevin are expected in court themselves.
  • Kelly Osbourne has been released from hospital in a neckbrace after nearly a week spent flat on her back. Kelly is said to have slipped down some steps at last week’s National TV Awards in London and injured her neck, causing her to miss her final performance in the West End production of Chicago. A source close to the former reality TV star reports: “She’s sore but fine. She just needs to take it easy for a while.”
