  • Mickey Rourke was arrested for DUI in Miami in the early hours of yesterday morning after he was spotted driving erratically on a Vespa scooter. Onlookers report the actor’s face was flushed, eyes bloodshot and speech slurred as he argued with a police officer over the charge, saying “I’m not drunk, I didn’t even drink that much.” A breathlyser test recorded him as being just over the limit and he was held in a briefly detention centre before being released on a $1000 bond later that morning.
  • Dennis Quaid and wife Kimberley welcomed twins Thomas and Zoe into the world on Thursday at a Santa Monica hospital. Thomas Boone arrived at 8.26am, weighing in at 6lbs 12oz while his little sister Zoe arrived two minutes later, at 5lbs 9oz. In a statement issued through his spokesperson, Dennis and Kimberley said they were delighted and “God has definitely blessed us”. Dennis already has a 17 year old son, Jack, from his previous marriage to Meg Ryan.
