A source told Us Weekly magazine: “She officially changed her name to Sarah Michelle Prinze in honor of the occasion. On their anniversary, she showed [Freddie] her new driver’s license. It was so sweet.” The couple dated for five years after meeting on the set of I Know What You Did Last Summer before marrying in September 2002.

The pair have been repeatedly spotted together at red carpet events over the last few months, most notably at an Emmys party in September. Speaking at a charity event in aid of epilepsy on Wednesday night, Milo denied any romance, explaining: “She and I are close friends [so] it’s only natural that people are going to couple us together.”
