• Nicole Kidman has claimed her recent string of less-than-successful films doesn’t bother her too much. After a run of critically-acclaimed box office hits at the start of the decade, Nicole’s recent offerings such as The Invasion, Bewitched and Fur have failed to make a mark on either. She told USA Today recently: “You always strive to make a good movie. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. You step into something with the best of intentions and you hope. I think that kind of approach to a career, and a life, is the healthiest way to be.”
  • Beth Ditto has admitted to deliberately throwing up on a group of homophobic lads made fun of her sexuality. The Gossip’s frontwoman has frequently had to deal with people criticising her for being a lesbian and she explained that sometimes she has to resort to extreme measures: “I once puked on some homophobic boys on a boat. It might not have been the most hygienic approach, but it was certainly very effective.”
