Naomi Campbell to face DNA test after man claims he’s her dad
Naomi Campbell may have to submit herself for DNA testing after a man has adamantly claimed he’s her father.
Naomi’s mum Valerie Morris didn’t list a father on the supermodel’s birth certificate, claiming the dad left before Naomi was born and had nothing to do with the family, but now Errol Campbell claims he fathered Naomi and the three lived together for years at his mum’s house in Brixton, London.
Errol told the People newspaper: “All I want is to be part of her life and for Naomi to acknowledge me before I go to my grave.”
“I know our lives are worlds apart but I want nothing from Naomi apart from her love and respect. Is that too much to ask? I believe I’m her dad and I think a DNA test will confirm it.”
“If Naomi and her mother know for sure that I’m not the father what would they have to fear by agreeing to a DNA test?”
He added: “I don’t know why Valerie says I walked out on her before the birth. When she registered Naomi’s birth I never thought to question that I wouldn’t be on the certificate as the father. To this day I still don’t know why I wasn’t listed as her father.”
“When Valerie and I broke up I was still a big part of her life doing school runs and looking after her when Valerie was working.”
A spokesperson for Valerie denied Errol’s claims as being “completely untrue”: “She has never admitted who Naomi’s father is. She was with the father for a maximum two years, not ten like Mr Campbell states. Two months after the birth she raised her daughter on her own and acted as both mother and father. She says his claims to be Naomi’s dad are completely untrue.”
Naomi herself declined to comment on the matter.

This news report is true. I say so because I am the son of Errol Campbell and his name is on my birth certificate.
My father’s middle name is my middle name and I back the DNA test before the test is even taken. I know who my father is and so does Naomi per the conversations I have had in time past with my father.

So what if he claims he’s the father, he didn’t raise her or wasn’t there in the hard times for his family.
Just because his relationship ended with the mother that was no excuse to disappear fro m his daughter’s life.
An all to familiar story of the absent black man.
Hats off to Valerie, who has done a great job raising Naomi alone.
My only concern is that I hope Naomi remembers this struggle her mum made for her and no more bad press please
