Natalie PortmanNatalie Portman has said she’s unlikely to join some of her fellow stars in quickie marriages that just as quickly end in divorce.

She told In Style magazine recently: “I’m not convinced about marriage. Divorce is so easy, and that fact that gay people are not allowed to marry takes much of the meaning out of it.”

“[But] committing yourself to one person is sacred.”

She refused to confirm her rumoured romance with fashion entrepeneur Nathan Bogle but said her ideal partner is “someone who pulls me up to high standards, and who is aware of what’s going on in themselves and in the world.”
