• Paris Hilton has been accused of trying to sell photographs from Nicole Richie’s recent Wizard of Oz-themed baby shower. The event was covered by InStyle magazine but according to the New York Daily News, other unofficial photos have been offered to other media outlets. A source told the newspaper: “All the photos that were offered had Paris right in the center of them, as the star. They look set up.” Paris’ spokesperson denies the socialite was in any way involved with the pictures, explaining she was simply at the centre of the shower because she was one of the event’s hostesses.
  • Cheryl Cole used her Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh’s birthday party over the weekend to unveil her new tattoo. The singer formerly known as Cheryl Tweedy displayed her new ink, spelling out “Mrs Cole” on the nape of her neck, at the party at the Burlington Club in central London. Cheryl attended the event with her husband, footballer Ashley Cole and her other Girls Aloud bandmates. Other guests included the Sugababes, Gabrielle and Lacey Turner.
