Tom Cruise might have had a spot of difficulty landing tickets for the Spice Girls‘ forthcoming comeback tour but that didn’t stop him getting to see the reformed girl group: according to the Spice Girls‘ website, he took wife Katie Holmes and daughter Suri along to one of the group’s rehearsals recently.

A message on the group’s blog explained: “Tom and Katie enjoyed an impromptu audience with the girls and were treated to an exclusive performance, while Suri danced along to the music.”

Tom and Katie’s Spice friend Victoria Beckham added: “[My husband David Beckham] and I are great friends with Tom and Katie. It was lovely of them to come down to rehearsals, a really nice surprise. Katie has told me before that she used to be a big Spice fan so it was great for her to meet the other girls.”
