Lindsay LohanAfter spending two months in rehab earlier in the autumn, Lindsay Lohan was reportedly drinking during her Thanksgiving visit to New York last week.

A source claiming to be a friend of the actress told the New York Daily News: “She has been drinking a little bit. Over her week in New York, she did have a few drinks.”

Lindsay’s stay at the Cirque Lodge in Utah is believed to have addressed both alcohol and substance abuse issues but the source insists that these first few drinks are not the beginning over the (next) end for the I Know Who Killed Me star: “For Lindsay, her real problem was drugs, not alcohol. In the past, it wasn’t the drinking that was the problem - it was the heavy drug use.”

“The drug use was way more intense than her party drinking. As long as she isn’t doing drugs, she’s okay.”

Lindsay’s boyfriend Riley Giles, who she met in rehab, accompanied her during the weekend in the city and, much to Lindsay’s annoyance, was rumoured to have spent most nights partying.
