Amy Winehouse is reportedly planning to have a partying binge over the festive season before checking into rehab in the new year.

Amy’s goal is said to be to get clean before husband Blake Fielder-Civil leaves jail at the end of January and be back in all-round good shape so that she can perform at the Grammy Awards - where she is nominated for six awards - in February.

A source close to the singer told the Sun: “Things have got worse for Amy since Blake was jailed.”

“She’s been taking more drugs than ever. It’s become like having a cup of tea.”

“[But] Amy has agreed she will sort her life out in the New Year.”

“She wants to give the performance of her life [at the Grammys] in LA. But she’s going to throw a party over Christmas which will probably be a messy affair.”
