Paul McCartney taped saying he hopes Heather Mills kills herself?
Paul McCartney has reportedly been recorded telling his daughter Stella McCartney that he hopes his estranged wife Heather Mills commits suicide to save money in their ongoing divorce case.
According to the News of the World, Paul made the comment during a telephone conversation with the fashion designer when, unbeknownst to him, the calls were being recorded.
A source close to Heather told the newspaper Paul said: “If we turn up the pressure on Heather, with a bit of luck she will top herself and then we won’t have to pay her a penny.”
The source added: “When Heather found out what was said on the tape, she was very distressed. It was such a terrible thing to say, whether it was meant or not.
“Heather was very shocked and hurt and has discussed the tape several times with her sister Fiona.
“She knows that she and Stella never saw eye to eye but she never expected anything like this.”
“Her legal team feel that if the tape is genuine it is one of the most damning things Paul has ever said.”
Heather has previously revealed she has recordings of Paul admitting to hitting his late wife Linda McCartney and verbally abusing Heather, including calling her a “one legged b*tch”. The couple’s divorce case is set to be heard at the High Court in London in February after the parties failed to reach an agreement out of court.

What a life it must have been with mills, no privacy and everything you do or say open for constant discussion. I wonder how mills would fare if her private conversations were taped and held to scrutiny by the world. All I can is “who cares”

Mills is such a colorful liar. Doubt Paul said such a thing……and if he had…well, would anyone blame him?
Heather has caused so much trouble for that loving family.

I don’t think anyone could blame him for saying this if he did. It really brings up the question of why on earth would you tape your husband’s every word without him knowing? If the marriage was so horrible why did she not leave? She had money and places to go. She keeps throwing mud at him and it only makes her look worse and worse. Is this in response to her porn pictures being revealed last week?
What a vile woman.

Give it up, Barbs. There is nothing that Paul McCartney could do that you wouldn’t defend. Heather IS vile, but there is nothing sadder than unbridled idol worship. Paul is human just like the rest of us.

MP - where in my response did I imply idol worship? It was a private conversation he had with his daughter that was secretly taped. I find that vile. With her history of lies we don’t even know if it is true. I dislike Heather, like I dislike all women who try to ruin their rich/poor husbands publicly. She had the opportunity to get away AND SHE DID NOT. If he was so horrible, why do you think she stayed? Every time a relationship ends with her she insults the man - she claims one was a gay secret agent sent to stop her work with landmines.

You give yourself away by the spelling of my name. Not too clever. You apparently would dislike anything I posted. Don’t read my posts if they upset you. Thanks.

I bet Paul didn’t tape her, imagine listening to tapes of her private conversations, they would be mindnumbing and cause ears to bleed. Heather, it will all be over soon, relax, do some yoga and for goodness sake have some dignity about yourself.

Good point Barbara, Heather wanted to distract people from the nude and suggestive photos that were revealed after she insisted she only did topless photos or Paul had a big date this weekend. Either or both would enrage Heather.

I don’t believe wiretapping is legal in the UK. Can’t wait to see the judge throw the book at Mills for this.

Another secret recording? Sounds like Sir Paul was married to some creepy Cold War spy for three years.

Anyone who has ever had difficulty in a relationship knows that at times the frustration can become great enough to make you wish the other was “dead”. We all say and feel things, and Paul is no different.
He was obviously just going through hard times.
Ms. Mills is another story, however. It’s far worse to actually record someone without their knowledge; the only reason she would have done this is to smear Paul in the press. This is diabolical, and shows her to be a manipulative, scheming sociopath.
One can therefore easily see why Paul may have fantasized about Heather ‘topping’ herself. She clearly is not very bright.

I seriously doubt that this was said. If it were true, why didn’t Heather mention it when she went on her rampage? She said she felt suicidal but she didn’t mention this. Odd, that. It seems to me that this allegation is being made to distract attention from recent tabloid revelations about Heather Mills. It is a nice try but I, for one, am not fooled.

Mary Pat, nobody suggested Paul was not human. bottomline this was a marriage that ran it course. He’s exited like a gentlemen. I’m sure he has stories and complaint to tell as well. So he told his daughter in a private conversation and even that is not off limits to Heather. This is not a defense of Paul. This is about how most women will agree that mills is an embarrassment to our gender, as an ex-wife and mother.

Yes, yes yes. Add Heather’s name to the top of the list of women who are a disgrace to other women. Heather, David Hasselhoff’s wife, Kim Bassinger etc etc. They proved they were gold digger’s bent on revenge for no purpose. They hurt their own children the most. That is what is so sad. Heather’s mad because she is not more famous and people don’t like her. She can’t get away from her past of lies and porn - that is not her husband’s fault.
Reese Witherspoon can divorce a husband who cheated on her with dignity. It is possible and it is best for the children.

I don’t think Paul said this. Whatever he says Heather had no business taping private conversation.

Rosie, you got it slightly wrong. it wasn’t Paul who taped Heather, it was Heather who taped Paul.
