• After skipping the scheduled session earlier this month due to “anxiety”, Britney Spears is now set to give a deposition in the first week in January to assert her ability to care for sons, Sean and Jayden. Appearing in court yesterday, Britney’s legal team asked for the next hearing in the ongoing custody case to take place on 23rd January but Court Commissioner Scott Gordon agreed to Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan’s requested that the hearing be postponed until 19th February to allow them to thoroughly review the deposition in the meantime. Britney’s team are expected to asked for more custody rights, including the right to drive with her sons, at the February meeting.
  • Despite the fact she’s previously claimed to have never read a book, David Beckham is said to have bought wife Victoria Beckham one worth £750 for Christmas. The book in one of just 2000 copies of ‘Valentino Garavani: First Name in Fashion’ and is covered in an “elegant” cloth and comes in a silk-covered box. A source told the Sun: “It will make for some good toilet reading for Victoria. Most people might get a puzzle or gardening book in their stocking - but Posh gets this.”
