Kate Moss has reportedly been dumped by boyfriend Jamie Hince after he found out she told ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty that she’d like to give their relationship another shot.

Kate’s continuing contact with Pete is said to have been a constant sore spot in her four-month relationship with Jamie and now it has finally got too much for The Kills’ guitarist.

A source told the People newspaper: “Jamie is jealous and insecure about how she still talks about Pete.”

“She is on the verge of being obsessed with him and it got too much for Jamie. He got fed up and suggested they split.”

The source added that although Jamie “really likes Kate”, the final straw came when Jamie found out the supermodel had written Pete a letter, explaining that she still loves him: “Kate [also] texts Pete on a daily basis. She desperately wants him back but he is refusing.”

The final straw for Jamie is said to have been when Kate invited Pete the pair of them on holiday in Thailand for New Year.

A source told the News of the World: “There’s no doubt that Kate still has feelings for Pete. They are always texting each other.”

“But to tell Jamie days before Christmas that her ex is going to be joining them on holiday is a bit of a shock.”

“Obviously the Christmas invitation to Pete to Thailand has really annoyed Jamie… once again.”
