  • Black Eyed Peas star Fergie has got engaged to boyfriend of three years, Josh Duhamel. A spokesperson for the couple refused to give further details of the proposal except to say it was “recently” but not on Christmas Day. A source close to the singer added that the couple have yet to make any solid plans for their wedding but that Fergie is telling friends “she is the happiest girl on earth”.
  • Heroes star Kristen Bell is keen to keep her private life private and is reportedly refusing to let party promoter use her fling with Dax Shepard to publicise the New Year’s Eve event she’s hosting in Miami. An inside source told the New York Post: “Kristen is taking Dax as her New Year’s Eve date to the Raleigh Hotel in Miami [but] she told event people they can put either her or Dax on the party announcements - but not both of them.” Dax was previously linked to Kate Hudson.
