Jessica AlbaJessica Alba’s spokesperson has confirmed earlier rumours that the pregnant Fantastic Four star has got engaged to boyfriend Cash Warren.

The couple were rumoured to have got engaged after finding out they are expecting their first child together and Jessica’s rep confirmed the news after the actress was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her left ring finger on the way home from the gym on Wednesday.

But despite the rock and the growing baby bump, the couple reportedly have no plans for it to be a shotgun wedding.

A source close to the Fantastic Four star told Us Weekly that Jessica is adamant that when she marries, she’ll do it right and: “she doesn’t want to be pregnant in a dress!”

The baby is due early next summer but the source doesn’t think even a late summer wedding is on the cards: “Jessica will want to concentrate on the baby then, not her nuptials. They’ll marry at the end of next year at the earliest.”

But that’s not to say Jessica isn’t keen to get married: the couple broke up for two months over the summer because Cash wasn’t ready to commit. Inspired by friend Eva Longoria’s wedding in Paris in July, “[Jessica] wanted to get married but Cash wasn’t ready.”
