Jade Goody has said her doctors think she’ll have lost all her hair within a few weeks, thanks to her new chemotherapy regime.

The former Big Brother star chopped off her once long locks when she started her course of cancer treatment in September but her crop held up well until recently. However, she’s now told New magazine that a new run of chemotherapy treatment is likely to leave her bald within a fortnight.

But it’s not all bad news: “I was told my cancer cells have shrunk a little, which means the chemo is working.

“But it’s too soon to say if I have a better chance of survival.”

The reality TV star was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August and was given a 50/50 chance of survival in September after doctors carrying out her hysterectomy found that the cancer had already spread to nearby organs.

In October, she revealed she’d had her eyebrows tattooed on so not to scare her two young sons when the lashes fall out.

She is currently starring in pantomime in Lincoln but had to miss shows over Christmas because of illness.

X Factor contestants Diana Vickers and Ruth Lorenzo reportedly annoyed organisers of their gig at the weekend after turning up with their own entourages.

The two women, who were knocked out of the talent show in the semi-final (Week 9) and Week 8 respectively, were booked to play at the heady venue of the Banks Leisure Centre, just north of Southport, but an inside source told the Mirror their behaviour was more suited to somewhere considerably more prestigious.

The source told the newspaper: “I couldn’t believe their antics.

“They arrived and left in separate cars and each had their own personal entourage.

“It was a tad excessive - after all they have only been famous for five minutes!”

Ruth also refused to enter her dressing room until it had been warmed to a specific temperature and Diana demanded “extra comfortable chairs” in hers.

The pair did however step up when it came to the performance and as well as singing, signed autographs and posed for photographs with fans.

Woody Harrelson has married his long, long, long-time girlfriend Laura Louie.

A spokesperson for the actor confirmed that the couple, who have been together for 20 years after meeting on the set of Cheers in 1987, married in Maui on Sunday.

The private ceremony took place near their home in Kipahulu, Maui with Laura wearing a white wedding gown while ever casual Woody wore cream-coloured trousers and an aloha print short-sleeved shirt.

The rep added: “The ceremony was attended by family and friends.

“The couple have been together 20 years and are the proud parents of three daughters [15 year old Denni, 12 year old Zoe and two year old Makani].”

Leona Lewis is reportedly planning to go for a rockier feel to her next album - and wants Coldplay’s help to do it.

The X Factor winner’s debut album ‘Spirit’, released in November 2007 in the UK and around the world in early 2008, was hugely successful and has gone platinum in 10 countries including the UK and the US - a source told the Sun that Leona’s recent cover of Snow Patrol’s ‘Run’ is her favourite song to date and she wants to go in that direction for the follow-up.

The source explained: “Leona would love to work with Coldplay and knows [frontman] Chris Martin likes her voice.

“She would love to sing a duet with him. If not, maybe he could write a song for her.

The source added that Chris will probably be up for it too: “Chris is open to all kinds of music and isn’t at all snobby about what some see as cheesy pop.”

Wow, there has been a lot of celebrities babies born this year, with half of the A-list welcoming children.

Nicole Richie and Christina Aguilera both welcomed their first children in January - Nicole’s daughter Harlow Kate Winter Madden arriving a week before Christina’s son Max. And February saw the arrival of Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony’s twins, another Max and his sister Emme.

Halle Berry gave birth to her long-awaited first child in March - daughter Nahla - and Cate Blanchett gave birth to her third son Ignatius in April.

June saw the arrival of Jessica Alba’s little girl, Honor and Jamie Lynn Spears‘ daughter Maddie but like in 2006, the most hotly anticipated arrivals were Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt’s twins - son Knox and daughter Vivienne - who made their grand debut in Nice, France in July - then on the cover of Hello and People magazine’s a few weeks later.

A week earlier, Nicole Kidman had given birth to her long-awaited daughter with Keith Urban, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban and a month later, Gwen Stefani & husband Gavin Rossdale welcomed their second son Zuma, and Matt Damon & wife Luciana welcomed their third daughter Gia.

The final part of the year was dominated by boys: September saw the arrival of Minnie Driver’s son Henry, in October, Billie Piper gave birth to her little boy Winston, and last month Pete Wentz & Ashlee Simpson welcomed their son Bronx Mowgli Wentz.

At the moment, it looks like things are going to be a bit quieter in the celebrity reproductive department - but with Jennifer Garner due any day now, there might be another 2008 birth to add to our list yet.

Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony are reportedly planning to announce their separation just after Valentine’s Day.

The couple married four years ago but are said to have been having marital problems since the arrival of their twins Max & Emme in February. A surprise vow renewal in October hasn’t helped heal their rift and now a source close to the couple has told the New York Daily News that they will announce their split early next year.

The source explained: “Marc and Jennifer are planning on announcing their divorce right after Marc’s show at Madison Square Garden on 14th February.

“Jennifer is planning on joining Marc onstage for a surprise duet. Things haven’t been right for a while now, and they thought it would be a bittersweet farewell.

“They’re definitely planning a clean break in February.”

Jennifer is said to resent Marc’s attitude to their children and his attempts to reinvent her as a Latin star while a source close to Marc added: “Marc’s ready to move on. The fighting has been too much for him to handle lately.”

A spokesperson for the couple declined to comment on the rumours.
