Kate Moss to focus on family in 2008
Kate Moss has reportedly vowed to concentrate on being a good mum to daughter Lila in 2008 and is keen to make her new home as family-friendly as possible.
After a few months of frequently staying in the spare rooms of friends’ houses, Kate moved into her new St John’s Wood home last month and after her former nanny quit, the supermodel hired friend Sadie Frost’s mum Mary Davidson to take care of her five year old daughter.
A source has now told the Mirror: “Kate knows that Mary being there will ground her and make her home a far more stable environment for [Lila].”
“She’s so excited about Mary moving in and doing lots of cooking and baking for her and her little girl.”
“One of the conditions that Mary was brought in the first place was to make the whole place more homely. This is Kate’s way of cleaning up her act for 2008. It’s the year that she wants to make her life become more family-orientated.”
The source added that Kate thinks she’s found her perfect match in Mary and even though it was originally proposed as a temporary arrangement, Kate hopes to keep her around for the long-term: “Kate was gutted when Jade quit but is delighted that Mary has said yes.”
“She’s doubled her money as well and, of course, she’ll enjoy the very best in VIP treatment and first-class travel.”
“Mary is still cool and knows how to let her hair down when the time is appropriate. She’s in India at the moment chilling out before the job starts but is then going to put her life and soul into it.”
