Sex and the City stars Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon are reportedly set to get a cash bonus for their good behaviour during the making of the film - but doing-it-for-the-money Kim Cattrall won’t be seeing any of it because she’s been acting up on set.

An inside source told Star magazine: “[the women] are getting a ‘hush-hush’ bonus for not being divas during filming and as a thank-you for putting up with Kim.”
