Amy Winehouse has reportedly decided that she wanted to renew her wedding vows with husband Blake Fielder-Civil after she returns from her Caribbean holiday later this week.

With Blake in Pentonville prison on remand, Amy flew to Mustique at the weekend for New Year.

A source close to the singer told the Mirror that time away has helped Amy to start re-evaluating her life: “Being away from it all has done Amy the world of good. She really needed a change of scenery.”

A second source told the Daily Star that the break has made her more adamant than ever about her love for Blake: “When Blake was first arrested, they both declared their undying love for each other and promised each other it’d be good to renew their vows.”

“And the time feels right to do that now. They are missing each other terribly. Amy wants them to repeat the same vows they took when they originally tied the knot in a £60 ceremony in Miami last May.”

The source added that Amy has also written a new song for Blake, titled ‘For You’, that she would like to perform at the service.
