Tyra Banks has revealed she would like to adopt a child in 2008.

The 34 year old model turned chat-show host has said that she feels ready to become a mum but doesn’t feel she needs to give birth to the child herself: “I’ve wanted to adopt since I was nine. I have a connection with children and they don’t have to come from my womb for me to have that connection.”
