Lindsay Lohan asking friends for spending money?

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly running out of cash as her spending habits have not slowed down at the same rate as her Hollywood career.

Between rehab stays, legal issues and her fashion addiction, Lindsay is said to have spent more money than she earned last year and now according to the New York Post, she has been openly asking friends for spending money.

A separate source though told the newspaper that she may be on the edge of acquiring a little liquidity: she has been offered a mid-five figure sum to promote Ariva, a tobacco product designed to help people quit smoking after she had been snapped with a box of the lozenges repeatedly over the last few months.

The company behind the product though have denied that she is paid to promote the brand and that she is just a genuine customer.

Lindsay spent the New Year on the Italian island of Capri, where she was honoured in the annual New Year’s film festival. Reports from the island claim that the supposedly sober actress ran up a 500Euro bar bill one evening and was spotted kissing three different men over the course of a day.
