According to the first line of the Daily Mail’s story about Nicole Kidman’s possible pregnancy and asking her parents to be involved with the delivery, the star “has endured more than 20 years waiting for motherhood”. Obviously her two children from her marriage to Tom Cruise don’t count.

Even though Bella and Connor now live with their dad and are said to not see that much of Nicole, there is no denying that she was a hands-on mother to them for the first ten years of their lives and is still their mum now. She’s not being “waiting for motherhood”, she’s been doing it.
