Samantha Morton has become a mum for the second time after giving birth to a daughter last Friday.

The as-yet unnamed baby girl arrived in the early hours of Friday at a private hospital in the London area.

Samantha’s spokesperson told People magazine: “It is fantastic news and both mum and baby are doing brilliantly.”

The baby is Samantha’s first child with fiance Harry Holm but the In America star already has a X year old daughter, Esme, from a previous relationship with Charlie Creed-Miles.

Samantha announced her pregnancy in August last year and she & Harry postponed their autumn wedding plans until after the birth. They are now expected to marry later this year.
