While most celebrities look down their noses at the gossip world, Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed she’s as interested in who’s-seeing-who as the rest of us.

She told the Daily Mail recently: “There’s obviously an appetite for gossip. It’s very addictive to see what people are doing and wearing and saying – and who is breaking up.”

She went on to tell an anecdote about an unnamed celebrity friend who was annoyed at reading an inaccurate story about themselves in a US tabloid: “Then he turned the page of the same newspaper and said, ‘My God, have you seen who’s together?’”

“So we’re all at it, aren’t we?”

Gwyneth also dismissed rumours that her marriage to Chris Martin was in trouble because the two never seem to spend any time together in public. She insists they are happy, just “we’re not into doing stuff in public together.”
