Vince VaughnVince Vaughn has opened up - slightly - on the relationship he had, and still has, with Jennifer Aniston.

The former couple met on the set of their romantic comedy The Break Up but kept their romance a secret for most of the 18 months they were together.

Vince told Parade magazine recently that they were both keen to keep their personal lives out of the public eye for as long as possible: “I always try to keep my relationships quiet and my work at the forefront.”

“I haven’t been someone to go and talk about those things, because that’s not what I want to be known for. In regular life, people date, and sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn’t. We get more attention because we’re more known.”

He added the couple still friends even though they’re no longer an item: “People date, and sometimes it works out, and sometimes it doesn’t.”

“I have such a great friendship with Jennifer. I still talk to her constantly. I have a real, genuine connection with Jen.”

But he also hinted about what have may gone wrong between the pair: Jennifer is reportedly keen to start a family while Vince won’t “run away from [settling down with childnre] but I’ve never been to the point where I’ve felt like, ‘Wow, this makes sense’.”
