Casey Affleck and Summer Phoenix welcome a second son
Casey Affleck and wife Summer Phoenix have become parents for the second time after Summer gave birth at the weekend.
A message announcing the birth appeared on Casey’s website on Saturday and a spokesperson for the Assassination of Jesse James star confirmed the news yesterday, adding that it was a baby boy.
The as-yet unnamed boy is a little brother for the couple’s first son, three year old Indiana August.

No word on the baby’s name? I think it will be craptastically flakey in keeping with Phoenix family tradition (ie River, Summer, Libertad). Or maybe big brother Ben’s counselled Casey on the beauties of classic, legitimate names (Violet is DIVINE!).
