Amy WinehouseAmy Winehouse’s dad Mitch Winehouse has revealed he’s worried that his son-in-law Blake Fielder-Civil may be planning to divorce Amy.

While Amy has repeatedly expressed her devotion to her husband of eight months, Blake is said to have got annoyed after seeing photos of her out with ex-boyfriend George Roberts during her holiday in the Caribbean and partying with Mark Ronson in London last week.

But Mitch believes the real problem might lie with Blake’s mum Georgette Fielder-Civil, whose initial support for the couple waned after Blake’s imprisonment in November.

Mitch told Grazia magazine: “Blake threatened to issue divorce proceedings when they were having a row. Unfortunately, Blake is influenced by things his mother has said.”

“I think Georgette wants them to divorce, but it’s up to them. From Amy’s point of view, she would stick by him not matter what. But he has said things suggesting he wants out.”

A source close to the family added that they worry a serious call for divorce could send Amy further off-course: “She’s so fragile at the moment. She’s hanging on but it’s a knife-edge and her love for Blake is the only thing that’s keeping her together. If he finished with her, there is no telling how far down she’d plummet.”
