Amy WinehouseAmy Winehouse has reportedly told friends she wants to move to Jamaica to record her third album.

Newly-blonde Amy was overheard talking about her plans at her favourite pub, the Hawley Arms in Camden, recently. An onlooker reported to the Mirror that she said: “I love Jamaica and wanna feel Bob Marley’s spirit when it comes to my music.”

“I wanna stay where he lived and hook up with [Marley’s son] Damian because he’s a genius. I’m desperate to get over there.”

The onlooker added: “Amy’s face just lit up when she talked about going over there.”

“She’s well into reggae music and wants to escape all her troubles back home for a bit and just throw herself into her music. She’s always loved the Marleys and she wants her next album to have a real reggae feel about it.”

Amy attended husband Blake Fielder-Civil’s court hearing this morning with the hope that he would be released on bail after spending nearly two months on remand at Pentonville jail in London. However, after a brief session, the hearing was adjourned until the end of next month, leaving Blake on remand until at least then. The full trial is scheduled for June.

Amy attended the court with physical support from her mother-in-law Georgette Fielder-Civil and told reporters in the public gallery that she wasn’t interested in talking to them. She did however try to talk to her husband, first whispering “I love you” twice before calling out: “I love you handsome, gorgeous one.”

Earlier in the week, Amy’s dad expressed concern that despite his daughter’s devotion to him, Blake was considering divorcing the singer.
