Katie HolmesKatie Holmes has said she’s tempted to run another marathon - but not just yet.

Having always enjoyed long distance running, Katie ran unannounced in the New York City Marathon in November but when recently asked whether she would run another, she replied: “Maybe. Not right away. I’m still recovering…”

“[During the New York Marathon] I was turning that left-hand corner where they’re gonna tell you it’s mile 20 and that point you feel like you’ve just been running for days. And I heard the guy in front of me tell his friend, ‘Don’t worry! Six more! Six more!’ And I’m thinking, ‘Six more? That’s an hour on a good day!’”

But she loved the experience in the end: “I loved it. It was hard - very hard, but I loved seeing New York City that way.

“And Tom and Suri met me at mile 18 and I really wanted to get in the car at that moment. I really did. Luckily they pushed me through.”
