Britney SpearsDespite claims of a split, restraining order and denying who he was, Britney Spears appears to be once again back together with boyfling Adnan Ghalib.

The pair were spotted dining together at Greek restaurant last night just hours after an interview with the paparazzo was broadcast on celebrity news show, The Insider.

In the interview, Adnan dismissed suggestions that Britney’s on-off British accent was a sign of a mental disorder as has been suggested (”she just thinks it’s cute”) and he went on to say that they weren’t just “toying with the paparazzi” when looking at pregnancy tests last week as Britney’s friend Sam Lufti claimed at the time.

Adnan explained: “She has a very maternal instinct. She was feeling a lot of things she said she felt when she was pregnant. I think she was hoping she was pregnant with my child.”

He added that he “would be lying” if he denied that wanted to marry the star and their relationship is “far from over”. Earlier in the day, Adnan’s wife of four years filed from divorce from the British-born photographer, citing “irreconcilable differences”.

Britney briefly appeared at the Los Angeles Superior Court this morning (local time) for a custody hearing that she requested - but then left the courthouse again before the session could start.

Court spokesperson Allan Parachini said afterwards: “The hearing is over. The previous custody orders - in which Ms Spears has no visitation - have not changed.”

“Both sides were heard in court. Notice was taken of Ms. Spears’ absence by the court. She arrived at the courthouse, but [shortly afterward] indicated that she wanted to leave. Kevin [Federline] did answer some questions posed by Commissioner Scott Gordon.”

Briteny had requested the hearing in an attempt to reinstate her visitation sessions with her sons, Sean and Jayden.
