Jessica AlbaJessica Alba has revealed that she’s been having dreams about what her life is going to be like over the next few months - and they’ve been worrying her.

She told Extra recently: “[One dream] had to do with breastfeeding, which is the only thing I’m paranoid about. More than giving birth.”

Unlike many celebrity mums-to-be, she isn’t too bothered about her pregnancy weight gain because she’s trying to be sensible: “I try to eat as healthy as possible… [and] exercise. As long as I don’t gain too much, too fast, that’s the key.”

But she’s finding the hormonal emotional swings a bit difficult to deal with: “Anything could make me incredibly angry or break down crying. That’s not something I’m used to.”

Jessica’s baby, her first child with fiance Cash Warren, is due in the early summer.
