The pair avoided being photographed together on the way into clubs during a night out in New York on Friday but a source at their first stop, the Beatrice Inn, described them as “all over each other” once they were inside the relatively privacy of the club. They then headed onto The Box with friend Frankie Delgado, where the trio partied until around 3.30am.

A source told People magazine: “She likes him. It’s early, but they are more than friends.”

“He seems to like her back. They’re actually sweet together, it would be nice if she kept him around.”

Brody has previously been linked to Laguna Beach stars Kristin Cavallari and Lauren Conrad, and had a high-profile but brief relationship with Nicole Richie in 2006. Lindsay split up from rehab boyfriend Riley Giles at the end of November.
