Lindsay LohanBrody Jenner has denied anything happened between him and Lindsay Lohan while they were out partying together in New York over the weekend as new reports claim the former rehabber spent the evening drinking cocktails instead.

Lindsay and Brody were linked after they were spotted “all over each other” at Beatrice Inn and The Box on Friday but he insists they were just “hanging out as friends”: “Nothing happened. We weren’t ‘all over’ each other, and we definitely weren’t making out. I am dating [someone else].”

And according to the New York Daily News and the New York Post, Lindsay was too busy reacquainting herself with Grey Goose vodka anyway.

Sources told the newspapers she drank “at least two” vodka cocktails at the Beatrice Inn and took “a swig from a bottle of Grey Goose” at The Box - the second time in less than a month that she has been spotted drinking alcohol, despite three stays in rehab last year.

However, a source close to the actress told the Daily News that it is part of her ongoing plan: “Lindsay is learning how to work through her addictions and, once in a while, she chooses to have a cocktail. People overexaggerate her behavior when in fact on Friday night, many people commented to her on how composed she was.”

Lindsay started 2007 at the Wonderlands facility in Los Angeles before checking into Promises in Malibu after her first DUI in May then for an extended stay at Cirque Lodge in Utah after her second DUI in July. In a plea bargain over the driving offences, she received a custodial sentence (of which she served 84 minutes before being released), community service and three years probabtion including compulsory attendance at an alcohol education programme.
