Katharine McPheeAmerican Idol winner Katharine McPhee married her theatre producer fiance Nick Cokas in a later afternoon ceremony in Beverly Hills on Saturday.

Katharine wore a strapless ivory Manuel Mota gown, accessorised by platinum and diamond Neil Lane jewellery, while Nick wore an Armani tuxedo for the ceremony at the Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles.

The pair exchanged their vows in front of around 300 guests, including Katharine’s American Idol fellow contestants Kellie Pickler and Mandisa.

A guest at the service described it as “absolutely perfect” and that Katharine and Nick, who met in 2005 before Katharine auditioned for the talent show, are “made to be together. They’re so utterly in love.”
