Britney has long been rumoured to have undergone surgery on her breasts in 1999 when she claimed to have been receiving medical help for a knee injury but a source has now told Rolling Stone magazine that the operation wasn’t quite the success Britney hoped it to be.

The source explained: “[Britney] regretted the implants almost immediately, particularly because her chest was still growing.”

“And when her natural breasts became larger, she had the implants removed.”

“When other girls did their boobs [they admitted it] and moved on, but Britney was brought up to lie about herself.”
