Cheryl Cole goes to Thailand to gain perspective on marriage

Cheryl Cole has reportedly flown to Thailand to make a final decision about whether or not to return to her husband Ashley Cole.

Cheryl fled the couple’s marital home earlier in the month after revelations about Ashley’s infidelity were published in the media and since then, she has been staying with a friend at an unknown location in southern England.

However, she has now decided to put more space between herself and the Chelsea/England footballer and flown east with her Girls Aloud bandmates Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh.

A source told the Mirror: “She has been through the most gut-wrenching time and she needed a break. She had to get away from the twin influences of Ashley and her family. Ashley has been phoning her constantly but she hasn’t been taking his calls.”

“Her family are also putting her under pressure of a different kind. They feel that she should just dump him and move on. But the girls in the band have been non-judgemental, which is exactly what Cheryl needs right now. They have all told her they have her unwavering support whatever she decides.”

“She still hasn’t decided what she is going to do. It’s the biggest decision of her life. She keeps wavering between the idea that she will take him back and they can make it work to believing she will never trust him again.”

“Obviously she’s with Kimberley and Nicola now but Sarah Harding and Nadine Coyle have been doing their bit too. Cheryl trusts very few people - but she trusts the other girls.”
