Britney SpearsAfter a turbulent few weeks, Britney Spears may have something happy to look forward to in the near future: Kevin Federline is reportedly considering letting her visit with their children Sean and Jayden.

Britney has been barred from seeing the boys since the showdown at her home at the start of January and only recently was given permission to even speak to them on the phone. However, Kevin is reportedly considering allowing Britney to spend an afternoon with her sons sometime this week - as long as Britney’s mum Lynne Spears thinks the star is up to it.

A source told the News of the World: “K-Fed and Lynne get on really well. He hopes Lynne can bring Britney round to see sense so that she can have some face time with her kids.”

“He knows however dazed and confused Brit gets, she’ll always love those two kids with all her heart.”

Britney’s legal team were expected to challenge the visit-bar at the next scheduled custody hearing later this month but the court date may have to be postponed after her lawyers have asked to drop her as a client for the second time in juts over a month.

Trope and Trope first filed papers with the Los Angeles Superior Court at the start of January asking to be allowed to withdraw from the star’s ongoing custody case after a “breakdown in communication” but then withdrew their request three weeks later after Britney reportedly became more cooperative.

However they have now filed papers with the court again, asking to be removed as Britney’s counsel and a hearing will take place next month regarding the request.

Lawyer Sorrell Trope told People magazine: “We filed paper asking to be relieved, and hopefully they will find someone to replace us. I’m not at liberty to say more at this time.”

Trope and Trope are said to have objected to the co-conservatorship granted to Britney’s father Jamie Spears and an estate lawyer Andrew Wallet, giving the men control over Britney’s assets and well-being. Their objections were dismissed in hearings earlier this week but in their favour, Jamie & Andrew were not given the authority to fire them. However, at another hearing on Thursday, the co-conservators were given the power to dismiss Britney’s business manager Howard Grossman.

Court papers released on Friday showed that Commissioner Reva Goetz ordered Grossman to hand over “all documents, records and assets relating to Britney Spears” to allow the co-conservators to assess Britney’s position.

Howard is said to have had a very close relationship with Britney’s friend and advisor Sam Lufti, who is currently barred from contacting Britney in any way. On receiving the court order, Howard said: “The only thing I will say is my reputation speaks for itself. I couldn’t tell you why they chose this path.”

Jamie and Andrew’s conservatorship lasts until 14th February. They are expected to go to court early next week to have it extended as they feel Britney is still not in a position to manage her own affairs.
