Possibly pregnant Fergie: it bugs me when celebrities deny pregnancies

Black Eyed Peas star Fergie has said she has no time for celebrities that deny their pregnancies after it’s abundantly clear they’re expecting.

While most women keep their pregnancies a secret until after the first three months because of the high incidence of miscarriage in the first trimester, some stars - such as Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez - keep denying their condition even when their baby bumps were visible for all to see.

Fergie is quoted as saying: “It’s so stupid. It can be obvious a girl is pregnant but they still deny it. It’s as if they want the attention and press it causes.”

“I wouldn’t be part of all that nonsense.”

However, a source told the New York Post that the singer might already be part of it - she and fiance Josh Duhamel have brought forth their wedding plans because she’s found out she’s pregnant: “She picked up a wedding dress while she was in New York for Fashion Week and wants to move the wedding up so she is married before the bump becomes too obvious.”

Fergie attended Clive Davis’ pre-Grammys party in Beverly Hills on Saturday before the award show itself on Sunday night but the source said her behaviour at the events only fuelled rumours: “she just drank water.”
