Lenny Kravitz hospitalised over respiratory infections

Lenny Kravitz was hospitalised yesterday due to breathing difficulties.

Lenny has suffered from a series of severe respiratory infection over the last three weeks but a new bout of bronchitis exacerbated the problem.

A spokesperson for the singer explained: “Due to extreme dehydration and fatigue, doctors were unable to control it with outpatient treatment and advised the singer to check into the hospital.”

“He was taken this morning to the emergency room at Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami for immediate treatment.”

Further details on the singer’s condition or the length of his expected hospital stay were not revealed but his spokesperson confirmed Lenny’s forthcoming promotional trip to Europe has been postponed.
