Chantelle Houghton: Preston moaned if I ate “beige” food
Chantelle Houghton has revealed that ex-husband Preston not only told her off about her choice in clothes and make-up, he also criticised her taste in food.
She told Heat magazine: “One day I came home from work starving.”
“I didn’t care what I ate, so I got some frozen chips out of the freezer and some Quorn chicken nugget things.
“Preston said, ‘You do know that’s frozen food?’”
“As I started eating, he was saying, ‘You know there’s no green there, there’s no green there… It’s all beige!’”
“He kept on and in the end I threw all the dinner in the bin. I couldn’t deal with him moaning on.”
The ill-suited couple, who met in the Celebrity Big Brother house in January 2006, divorced last summer after just ten months of marriage.
