Chantelle Houghton “gutted” at Preston’s return to his ex

Celebrity Big Brother star Chantelle Houghton has said she’s “gutted” that her ex-husband Preston has rekindled his relationship with his ex-fiance.

Ordinary Boys’ star Preston was engaged to Camille Aznar when he met Chantelle in the CBB house in early 2006 but on leaving the house dumped Camille for Chantelle, and after a whirlwind relationship, the pair married in 2006. However, after they split and divorced last year, Preston has returned to Camille.

Chantelle told Heat magazine: “I feel really upset. Gutted, in fact. I cried and I haven’t slept all night.”

“It makes me worry that to him, our marriage was a sham. Sometimes I wonder if I was just a pawn in some sort of game plan.”

“Even when he was saying his vows at our wedding, he was being silly and going cross-eyed.”

She explained she often worried he still had feelings for Camille during their marriage: “[But] he told me, ‘look I’m with you now and that part of my life is over’ … but there were times when I thought, ‘I wonder if…’.”

“There is a pattern: Preston dumps Camille and she’s hurt, and now he dumps me for her and it’s me who’s upset. It’s never him upset.”
