Sean Penn and Petra NemcovaPetra Nemcova has denied she’s dating Sean Penn even though the pair stepped out together last night.

The pair attended the Elton John Oscar Screening Party to help raise money of his AIDS Foundation and were happy to pose in each others arms for the camera but Petra denies any romantic entanglement.

The supermodel told People magazine: “We are friends. He is on the advisory board of my charity.”

Sean separated from wife Robin Wright Penn in December while Petra has been largely single since splitting from James Blunt early last year.
