Elton JohnWhile most celebrities are falling over themselves to help Britney Spears, Elton John believes there is only one person who can help her - herself.

Hosting his AIDS Foundation’s 16th Annual Oscar Viewing Party on Sunday, he told OK magazine: “I really feel for her. She doesn’t deserve this.”

“As much as she’s going through, it’s horrible and I hope she comes through it. If I could do anything, I would. [But] the only person that can help Britney is herself.”
