Gareth GatesGareth Gates has revealed his participation in Dancing on Ice has caused his stammer to get worse - because he has to spend his time training for that instead of working on his breathing exercises.

He said recently: “The stutter was horrendous, then it got better. But it’s a bit ropey again at the moment because I haven’t got time to do my exercises.”

“When I am concentrating on something else, I don’t have the chance so the stutter gets worse again.”

Gareth and partner Maria Filippov are down to the final five couples left in the ITV show.
