Brittany Murphy acting “like a diva” on film set

Brittany Murphy is reportedly acting “like a diva” on the set of her new movie, Across the Hall.

An on-set source told the New York Post: “She’s extremely difficult. When she gets to the set, it comes to a grinding halt. She’s so hot and cold, you never know.”

The source explained that as well as acting like a primadonna regarding her performance and those of her co-stars, she also makes strange demands, like regular precisely cut peanut butter and jam sandwiches: “She needs one every hour. It’s painstaking - her assistant takes about a half an hour making each one.”

The constant presence of her husband Simon Monjack is also said to have annoyed staff on the film: “He’s always there and intervening. The producers had to call a meeting to discuss how to deal with him.”
