Britney SpearsBritney Spears has reportedly dumped on-off boyfling Adnan Ghalib once and for all after she became convinced he was cheating on her.

Britney’s social life has been very much restricted since her dad Jamie Spears was appointed her conservator a month ago but she has been still allowed to see Adnan on occasions, including when she first left hospital at the start of last month.

However, according to the Sun, Britney was worried about what he was doing while they’ve not been seeing each other - and was livid to see video clips of him with mystery girls posted on the girls’ blogs.

An inside source told the newspaper that Britney called the Birmingham-born paparazzo over to her Studio City home and confronted him about the videos, then snatched his iPhone and found a number of text messages from the girls: “There were about a dozen from one girl, all sent on one day. They were pretty saucy stuff with sexual references — certainly not the sort you’d send to just a friend.”

“Britney lost it and started yelling. She was demanding to know who sent the texts and shouting, ‘What’s this about? You’re cheating on me’.”

“Adnan said the girl was just a friend, but Britney got more and more angry. Then she told him, ‘That’s it. It’s over’.”

“Just before she told Adnan to go, she took the phone and threw it in the pool right in front of him. He didn’t even bother trying to get it out of the water.”

For the first time since her hospital stay at UCLA Medical Center, Britney was allowed to drive by herself for the first time over the weekend. After a short trip out on Thursday evening with dad Jamie in the passenger seat, Britney was allowed on a solo mission on Saturday night, with a security detail following in a separate car.

An onlooker added: “She’s still got a long way to go but she’s working hard to get better and Jamie is keen to reward her efforts.”
