Lily Allen reveals she’s cut back on partying

Lily Allen has said she’s been living a quiet life recently, staying away from excessive partying.

She told Glamour magazine: “I’ve been sad and quite lonely recently because if you’re young, living in London and working in this industry, unless you drink and take a lot of drugs, there’s not much to do.”

“I’ve been sitting on my own watching TV. It’s boring to go out if everyone else is taking cocaine and shouting at me.”

“When I was pregnant I stopped drinking and I didn’t start again. Then when the baby was gone, I thought, ‘That doesn’t mean I’m going to go back to how I was’.”

The singer however did manage a night out last night: she was spotted leaving the Groucho Club in central London with friends - only to find her car had been vandalised while she had been inside. The driver’s side front window of the brand new BMW had been completely smashed and after photographing the damage, Lily had to take a taxi home.
