A source close to the couple told OK magazine that the pair have a specific type of pooch in mind: “They don’t want a bratty little beast of a dog.”

“They want a mix of a yellow Lab retriever and German shepherd, a mutt that they can rescue.”

Earlier this week the couple appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show and described their relationship of nearly a year as “great”.
