Holly Willoughby being headhunted by US networks?

Holly Willoughby is reportedly set to follow her friend Fearne Cotton to become a TV presenter in the US.

According to the Daily Mail, a number of networks are interested in the Dancing on Ice presenter and an NBC source told the newspaper: “They are keeping a very close eye on her.”

“Already, programming executives are scouring scripts and pitches to offer Holly a plum spot on their upcoming schedule.”

“The universal feeling is that if the timing is right and the project is right, she could easily make the jump to entertaining US audiences.”

“Holly has all the ingredients needed to make her a big star. She’s cute, like the girl next door, but she is also dazzling in an old movie star kind of way.”

“NBC programmers have been watching her and everyone thinks that she can do a lot more than serve as a TV presenter.”

“Holly has great comedic timing, she has an innocent quality about her and she is also a bombshell. She blows you away with her good looks but she’s not overly intimidating.”

“The powers that be are excited by Holly but they are proceeding cautiously and trying to gauge exactly what Holly’s goals are and what she wants to do next.”
