Sam Lufti agrees to a further 30 days away from Britney Spears

Britney Spears‘ former friend/manager Sam Lufti has agreed to stay away from the star for another 30 days.

Britney’s conservators’ original restraining order against Sam was due to expire today but both parties are said to have agreed an extension to the order. He is barred from going within 250 yards of Britney, any of her family members or her properties, and is also barred from contacting her in any way including by email or text.

A legal source explained: “Sam really wants to fight the order but he had advice to accept this short extension now to show he’s cooperating. If he’d fought the extension in court, the judge could have extended it for a lot longer based on the claims been made against him.”

The Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz is expected to sign off the 30 day extension today.
